Our host was super responsive, flexible, attentive and helpful
Our host was super responsive, flexible, attentive and helpful. This is a great house for groups. The floor plan was well thought out and it encouraged activities together. Sauna, hot tub and game room were high notes! We were 3 couples and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house. Espresso machine was a hit but you should bring coffee for it. Coffee was provided for the Keurig. Good idea to remember suits and robes for hot tub and sauna. Beds were super comfy! The kids bunk room looked perfect for 4 young ones, though we didnโt use it. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Ithaca is 16-17 mins away. Great time was had!

Went on a guys trip with 8 others. House was amazing. Took full advantage of the amenities, very spacious, modern just like we wanted. Very hard to see at night at first since there are no lights so I would recommend checking in from 4pm-dusk so you can see the house on the first day. Also, the sauna did not work when we were there, but it was not a dealbreaker for us. Overall, extremely satisfied with the place and would recommend it to others.

This was a great space for our group of 11
This was a great space for our group of 11. Everything is kind of spread out in the finger lakes but we were only 20 minutes from Ithaca and the drives were beautiful when we traveled elsewhere. There was a lot of space in the house and the hosts were great communicators. Would definitely recommend!

We needed housing in the area to attend a winter wedding and this gave our family the togetherness a hotel would not have provided. We were so pleased to find this lovely new home. It is located close to Meyers Park and lake access for summer fun. We hope to consider it again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautifulโclean, spacious, and just outside of town, which made it feel like a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything. There were plenty of things to do nearby and a great variety of restaurants to choose from. Logan and Bri were fantastic hostsโfriendly, responsive, and quick to get back to us with any questions. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay with our kids! There were a few hiccups but Logan was very responsive and quick to fix them! We had an issue with the air conditioner the first night and someone was there within the hour to fix it and assist us! Things inevitably go wrong, but itโs so great to have someone that was so quick to fix any issue that arose and responded to our many questions the whole stay! The games there were so fun, and the home is beautifully set up! The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bunk bed kids room our children adored and didnโt want to leave. Overall a great stay and a beautiful place for a family to stay! (It does get a little chilly though which is perfect in the summer just bring a hoody!) Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the finger lakes! Would definitely stay again!

The Silversands lake house was the perfect getaway for our family's trip to Ithaca. It was extremely spacious and our large group had absolutely no issues feeling right at home. Logan was really accommodating and flexible with our group, overall he was such a great host! We'd definitely stay here again if we're ever in Lansing.

The house was beautiful and furnished really well. Everyone really enjoyed the games in the basement and the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and clean. I do wish the sauna was functional. The fire pit also kept going on and off, despite changing the propane tank. A few of the bedrooms and bathrooms were missing curtains or blinds, which affected privacy a bit. However, Logan was responsive to our messages and made an effort to address the issues promptly. Would recommend it.

We had a great stay at Silver Sands Lakehouse. The house was laid out
nicely and spacious for our group of eight to enjoy. It was decorated well and a very comfortable place to stay. We appreciated there was a sauna and hot tub, although we did not get to use them. The house is brand new and we learned we were the first guests to stay there - were some minor issues that Iโm sure the host will be able to quickly resolve as they were very responsive. We would most definitely stay here again.
