The location is wonderful, and the home is absolutely beautiful! The kids loved the pool, pickleball court, and the theater room! The workout room was also a big hit! We had a lot of fun playing corn hole & using the pool & hot tub; unfortunately, the sauna was not working. Also, only one arcade game was working during our stay, so a little disappointment there, but the basement had tons of other activities for the kids! It was wonderful having the pool table being so handy off the kitchen, as that saw a lot of use!
The outdoor furniture is a bit worn, and could use a refresh, but it didn’t stop us from totally enjoying our stay at this beautiful home!!

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. Very quite and enough space between homes. The house was big and accommodated our family. Grandkids loved the pool and the theater room! One of the downsides was that the patio furniture cushions were dirty and had holes in them, so we didn’t even want to sit on them. (I would recommend moving the large outdoor table and chairs by fire pit to that area). Also, the stairs leading down to the hot tub and sauna was overgrown, but I feel those are easy fixes for the owners to take care of. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The house and amenities were great for a multi-generational family. We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball court, workout space, hot tub, game room, and theatre. Beds were very comfortable!
Host was responsive to inquiries but not all issues were resolved within our stay. The provided dishes, etc did not align with the size of our group or the home. For example, only six beach/pool towels provided for our party of 14, even though the listing says it can host 16, and dishes/cups were limited requiring us to run the dishwasher extensively and use disposable dinnerware.
We had to buy bathmats and extra dish towels for the kitchen bc the bathrooms had none and there was a single dish towel.
The basement bedroom had no door handle, just a hole where the doorknob should be… that never got fixed.
Probably our biggest complaint is that even though check-in isn’t until 4, the cleaners and plumbers were still here when we arrived, cutting in to our time to enjoy the house.

This place was the perfect spot for our large group! The house had so much to do both indoors & outdoors. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball court, hot tub, and game room!
Other reviews mentioned lack of kitchen supplies, but we found it mostly sufficient- just glad I brought an extra baking tray & large pot since we did a lot of cooking!
The WiFi was very slow, even when our whole group wasn’t on it. So be aware of that if planning on anything needing WiFi.

The only issue was the broken stove stop that was supposed to be fixed during our stay but was not (we purchased an electric skillet to manage breakfasts).

The house was absolutely stunning! From the kitchen to the bedrooms to the basement, everything has a personal touch and was decorated beautifully. There were plenty of spaces to hang out for my sister’s bachelorette party. We loved the theater room and the hot tub! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was nice, but there were not a ton of pots and pans to cook for 10+ people. Definitely bring extra stuff if you know you’ll be cooking. The cleaners were still there when we arrived, so we had to check in 15ish minutes late. The lock to the sliding glass door was broken, which made it a bit cumbersome to keep the secure/shut. Otherwise, the house was spotless & spacious!

It is close to Hocking Hills and Logan state park so lots of outdoor activities nearby BUT if there is terrible weather like while we were there, there is so much to do in the house. It is a peaceful location and a space large enough for a big group of friends/family to gather together!

This home was perfect for a family reunion to celebrate my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. There was plenty to do at the property to keep everyone busy for 4 days. We enjoyed our time together as a family in the pool, playing frisbee golf on the property, watching old home videos in the family theater, playing pool and playing games together in the spacious living room. We loved the gym & sauna too!

We enjoyed our stay, we were traveling for work and coming back at the end of the day to this beautiful home is what we needed. The beds were comfortable, the game room was amazing, although we didnt have time on our trip to enjoy the outdoor spaces they were still so beautiful. Overall Im so happy with the choice I made in picking this home. We will be coming back to this home if we come back to the area.

Logan’s place was exceptional. Well appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Ample seating and dishware for the number of people the house can accommodate. Lots of room and plenty to do to keep our family (ranging in age from 3 years to 78 years old) happy and busy.
Logan always responded quickly when we had questions or concerns and had someone come out when we had challenges with check in. Limited flexibility with check out as noted in the property description.

Logan and Bri were wonderful! As we had a lot of complications leading up to our trip. The only few things I will complain about was figuring out the WiFi. But logan was very communicative about helping us connect. We also had no hot tub usage as the water was brown. (The one thing we did truly look forward to) and the movie projector not working. BUT because of those malfunctions they did extend our check out time which was awesome! Overall, wonderful hosts as they kept in touch and were apologetic! We would definitely love to stay here again! 😊

Logan went the extra mile in ensuring our long weekend couples trip was comfortable, peaceful and refreshing. We have all we needed for cooking, dining, playing, chilling , and enjoying available outside amenities. Logan was quickly responsive with raised issues for not finding fireplaces remotes and plumbing for 1 of bathroom upstairs. Bedding and pillows for our suite upstairs were great quality and we had good night sleeps during our stay.
Overall we would definitely book again with Logan for future plans in Logan, Ohio!

The amenities -- including a fantastic game room, cozy in-home theater, jacuzzi, and more! -- all made our experience unforgettable, exemplified by its ideal location - just a quick drive to breathtaking hiking trails and horseback riding! Totally check out Equestrian Ridge Farm on Pumpkin Ridge Rd. Their rescue horses and animals are beautiful. Was an unforgettable horseback riding adventure for every age!

What a gem of a house! 4 families with kids (infant up to school-aged) stayed for a long and COLD holiday weekend.
We had everything we needed! Linens, pillows, towels, kitchenware… they had it all.
Awesome dining room, comfy bedrooms, so much to do in the basement, and the hot tub during a snow storm was a special treat.

Perfect house for our Family vacation, with ages ranging from one to seventy! Everyone left with big smiles!! The house is located in a beautiful, quiet, spacious neighborhood where the little ones were not afraid to be outside after dark, so we could enjoy the pool and outdoor amenities day or night! We even seen deer in the trees lining the property! The hot tub, game room and home theater were perfect for the range in ages. We were minutes to a lot of the activities we took in, making it an ideal location. Logan was very quick to respond and attentive whenever we needed something - he was a great host!

I contacted Logan several other times and each instance he responded very quickly. My family of 16 people loved the place and everyone wants to come back next year.

Our group of 16 with teens and parents enjoyed our stay very much. We used the pool each night and spent our days hiking, climbing, and zip lining in the Hocking Hills area. So much space & things to do! The pool was wonderful on 90 degree days. Enjoyed sitting outside & even saw deer in the morning. Fun playing pickle ball too. The theater room and pool table were nice to have during rainy weather. Within 20 minutes of Old Man’s Cave so a quick drive to go hiking and restaurants and a tavern were close by to meet the locals.

We had a great time, the house is beautiful and so many different things to do while we were there with all the games etc., they thought of everything. Extremely clean and looks even better than the pictures. It was so big we kind of lost each other a few times when we first got there. Appreciated the snacks and coffee too. In a neighborhood less than 10 minutes drive from Logan with plenty of restaurant options and about 20-25 min to Hocking hills state park. Wi-Fi was a little spotty during our stay, but got the theater room working with help and really enjoyed that. Thanks for a great vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay. Rained one day so could not go to Hocking hills but the house had enough amenities to keep everyone occupied.

We were a group of seven friends who love pickleball so we were thrilled to find this home! Home was spacious and comfortable with loads of entertainment. We never had time to enjoy the amazing rec room downstairs but many of us thought we'd love to come back with extended family. The only downside to the place is the size of the pickleball court. We absolutely loved having the court right out the door, but it is squeezed into a space that doesn't allow much room behind the baseline. We battled the grasses on one side and the garage on the other. If you are a real serious player, this may not be the court for you. But we still had a great time and played a ton!

We had a great stay at this house. First off the house is huge so our entire group of 11 had plenty spac everyone to spread out. The pool was used every day along with the pickleball court. And the place was spotless so the cleaning was exceptional for the property. The location was great as well. Quick 20 minute drive to the major Hocking Hills spots and only 10 mins to Walmart/Kroger. We had some minor maintenance issues pop up but they didn't detract from our enjoyment of the place.

We had a wonderful weekend away at this beautiful home. It was perfect for bringing friends and family together and enjoying both the indoor and outdoor space! There was something for all ages to do and I’d recommend this place to all! Fabulous weekend away!
