We had an unforgettable stay here in August. The house is absolutely amazing—bright, spacious, and very cozy. The surrounding nature is beautiful, with plenty of greenery and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. A big bonus is that the lake is just a short walk away, and we really enjoyed spending time there.
The game room was a huge highlight! Our kids absolutely loved it and spent hours playing there. The host thought of everything—the house has all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was always available and responded quickly whenever we had any questions.
We would be happy to come back again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful family vacation.

We stayed three days at the Pineview House with family (three couples, two adult sisters, two preschoolers) and the space was perfect for our group to relax and enjoy family time together. The listed beds and photos are accurate, do note the bunk bed. The location is wonderful for visiting Hawk Falls, but we didn’t see too many great restaurants nearby so I’d recommend to cook. We did enjoy Farmhouse Blakeslee, very charming about twenty minutes away. There are plenty of plates, mugs, cups, bowls, silverware, but we did bring our own baking sheets. Only salt, pepper, and creamer were in the house; they do not leave spices or olive oil or things from previous guests as some Airbnbs do. Bedrooms were clean and beautifully furnished. Plenty of linens in each of the bathrooms. As previous reviews have noted, the movie room projector does not support casting, and you will need your own HDMI cable. We appreciated all the games. There was more included the house than we had time to enjoy!

We stayed with a big group of family of 15. The place was great and Logan was a great host. The kids enjoyed the downstairs which had a game room. The lake is walkable distance and we had a great time!

The layout worked perfectly for our family (9 adults/6 kids), and there were plenty of things to keep our kids entertained, making it a great choice for families. We especially appreciated how thoughtfully the home was furnished and equipped.

We stayed here for 2 nights for new year celebration with 4 families. It was very cold so didnt explore anything outside. Plan was to go to Jim Thorpe area but we just stayed in. House was clean and spacious. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and plates. Price was high as it was new year's eve. We had 7bkids and they all hung out in the garage which is converted in to a theater. Kept them busy. We tey to use the projector and use iOScast to connect the phone but didnt work well. Overall place is clean and homey.

The house is nice, very close to the lake, it is a fairly short walking distance to the club house where the pool and beach are. Logan is also a really great host, any questions we had or issues we had he was very communicative and helpful with everything

We had a nice stay with 8 adults and 4 kids. The house is well laid out and everyone was comfortable. The hot tub and sauna worked great and the kids had a lot of fun playing in the theater room. We had water issues for most of our stay and Logan was responsive and did his best to get plumbers out to fix the issue. Several of the dining chairs are broken and the kitchen is scarce with pans and such so we had do be creative with meal prep. We brought our own Roku for the theatre since other reviews mentioned difficulty with connecting to watch movies. Overall the house needs some personal attention but truly a great location and we enjoyed our time together in the house.
