Logan was a phenomenal host and the property itself was breathtaking and exactly as described! The neighborhood was nice and quiet but surrounded by beautiful trees and other historic homes. Whatever issues we had Logan was responsive and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this place.

We came into town to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Rhodes. This location was perfect – walkable to campus and a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and the game room, had plenty of space to gather and be together.

The Airbnb was as-described and clean, and my group mostly had a good time there. The place is huge! There were a couple issues that dampened the mood at times, but it was a good stay overall. Our issues fell into 2 categories. First, multiple important listed amenities weren't available or had to be negotiated about, like one of the bathrooms, the hot tub, the grill, and some smaller things in the game room. These items are part of the fun of booking a house like this, so we're expecting them to be available. Furthermore, the host wasn't terribly responsive or helpful about these things. They weren't bad, but just okay. I don't want to harp on about the negatives, as we were able to do most of what we wanted to during our stay. I would definitely recommend the place if these things are addressed!

This is a beautiful historical home in a well maintained neighborhood that is convenient to many Memphis attractions. The pool and hot tub area has a lot of outdoor seating. There is even a recreation room in the previous garage and a Casita for a private bedroom away from the from the main house.

This home was beautiful! It is located in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by wonderful historic homes. It had the perfect amount of bedrooms for us with room to spare. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels for all 9 of our guest. The backyard was awesome. Although it was April, my grandchildren still enjoyed the pool too!! The location is close by the airport so that was very convenient. Logan, the host, stayed in contact to be sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this home !!

A beautiful home in a historical area. It was close to downtown, great eateries in the Cooper Young area and many things to do. Logan would respond to any questions we had quickly. The only downside was the radiators would pop and bang in the middle of the night.

We had a family reunion, coming from many different states, to celebrate my momβs 100th birthday. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The pool and game room were amazing. It had rained HARD earlier in the day before we arrived, so the outside furniture cushions were soaked and didnβt dry out, so no sitting around the fire pit. But one can only blame Mother Nature for that! We did have an issue with one air conditioner unit not working. Logan was super responsive, though it did take a couple days to get it fixed. The maintenance workers often came before or after normal business hours. That would have been helpful to know, as that added to the delay, but they were super respectful and friendly, and provided fans and it was not too hot of weather. It was hardly noticed with all the fun at the pool. Location was very easy to get to, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of off street parking. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Logan and Briβs during the Thanksgiving holiday week. It was ideal for our extended family group of ten. We especially appreciated all the great βhangβ spaces for various age groups and enjoyed exploring Overton Park by foot easily from the house. Hosts were responsive and attentive to questions. Would recommend for any big group visiting the area!

Bloomfield house was in a good neighborhood and conveniently located. All of the things we wanted to see and do were no more than 10 minutes away. The rooms were nice and we had plenty of space for everyone. The house was old but had a lot of charm. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and fire pit. We also had fun playing darts and pool in the game room.

Bloomfield House was a perfect spot for our team retreat. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we enjoyed the spacious kitchen (especially the separate freezer and fridge)! The location was easy to get to, and there was plenty of parking between the driveway and another paved pad in front of the house. The house had a lot of charm and was updated nicely, while maintaining the original character. We would definitely stay here again for a large group!
