One of the most beautiful cabins I’ve ever stayed at
One of the most beautiful cabins I’ve ever stayed at! The location is amazing with the best views. We were a large group of 16, and I was a little concerned that the place wouldn’t actually be as big as it looked in the pictures but it was incredibly spacious. The main level especially is so open and roomy that we never felt crammed at all.
The kids had a wonderful time enjoying the game room, the deck, and the swings. The cabin has the best thoughtful touches and so much to do right at the house. I received so many comments on social media from people asking where this home was!
I would absolutely stay here again. It’s perfect for a large group like ours.
Logan, the host, was amazing as well. He checked in with us at arrival, during our stay, and at checkout. He was always reachable through messages and responded very quickly. On top of that, he was incredibly kind and helpful.
We had an unforgettable weekend, and I’m so glad I found this home on Airbnb. I can’t wait to go back!

Lots to do in the area! You will have to drive to most places as this house is literally at the top of a mountain, but the view is amazing. The driveway is a little frightening, lol, but we are from the Eastern Shore, which is completely flat.

We spent Christmas here and brought our own artificial tree, as one was not provided; this was not a deal breaker for us but something to consider if important to your family and the disposal fee for a natural tree was very pricey.

Logan was very accommodating. Response time was quick and the home was stocked with towels etc. anything you may need. The home has too many amenities to list. So beautiful!
He also allowed us to have a late checkout which helped so much with our large group!
My only regret is that we were only there for 3 nights. I would have loved to stay longer! Maybe next time!

Getting to things on the resort was very easy and if you just wanted to lounge around the house, you could! The hot tub was great as well as the sauna! I would recommend this place! We will return!

We hosted a large group here for a 50th birthday girls weekend and ended up spending the entire weekend at the house. While there are plenty of things to do locally, you won’t want to leave once you see the downstairs entertainment area, the gourmet kitchen, the fire pits, the hot tub, and the outdoor seating areas.
You can bring everyone you want, cook amazing meals, and enjoy being together in the most serene setting.

I had an amazing time celebrating my 30th birthday at the mountain mansion. The house looks just like the pictures and fit our group of 12 perfectly. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The extra amenities like the pool table, poker table, hot tub, and sauna are all great additions to the house. We struggled using the outdoor electric grill, which couldn’t reach 400 degrees no matter how long we let it warm up.
Overall I’d recommend staying at the mountain mansion to anyone looking to visit Shenandoah. It was about 20 minutes away from the park entrance and 50 minutes away from some of the more popular trails.

This custom home was spacious with multiple places to gather. We had a very small, family wedding and it was perfect. The ground floor was the perfect spot for the bride to get ready and take pictures while family prepared the main floor for the ceremony and dinner. After seeing many driveways in the area, this one was easy to navigate with plenty of room to park. If you’re into winter activities there was plenty of space to store equipment and “toys” in the carport/garage. It is the last home on that road which made it very private.
