House was clean but had some construction going on in the ceilings so vents were taped off. Location was a bit further away from downtown Phoenix or Scottsdale than we originally anticipated. The biggest disappointment was the backyard pool and jacuzzi did not look well maintained. The jacuzzi did not have much water so it was not usable and the pool had lots of debris in it.

Very nice house for our family’s trip. The house has a lot of amenities to keep everyone busy. Great host and location of the house is in a very nice area.

We loved our time here! The pool was perfect! We had plenty of space to be together or have some alone time. For future guests, we brought a few things to Logan’s attention and I feel a responsibility to share those. A few of the TVs didn’t work (primary bedroom and bedroom by front door). The lock for the gate from the driveway to the backyard was broken and made it very easy for anyone to come into the back yard. We had a security issue and Logan was extremely helpful and very responsive. I would just hate for something like that to happen to someone else. Logan said he’d get someone to fix the gate, so once that’s done I would recommend this home to anyone!

We had a great time! As soon as we walked in it was just perfect. We were able to have family and friends over to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. There was room for everyone. So many wonderful memories made.

Logan’s place was great for our group. We had 9 guys for a golf trip and had lots of room for everyone. Pool, hot tub and fire place were great, as well as the pool table! Would definitely stay here again!

Logan’s place was beyond amazing for our family! The backyard was absolutely perfect and had lots to do. The interior of the home is stunning too!! Logan communicated well throughout the entire time and I would book again in an instant if we are in the area again! Thanks Logan for an amazing stay, can’t recommend your place enough!!

We had a great stay considering we had a large family/friends. The pool and pool table was a major hit for the kids. There was lots to do outside with cornhole and mini golf. There were loads of extra coffee, paper towels for use, tissue which was important for us. We brought paper plates and utensils to ease on dishes but there were still plenty of dishes to include coffee cups, cute wine glasses. There were pots and pans but normal size, I do wish there were maybe either double of each or larger size to quicker cook the meals we planned. We used the grill and that was easy but we did end up buying a brush to clean it. We bought a broom and dustpan for easier cleaning as everyone was in and out and we had kids making crumbs, there was a push mop maybe but it didn’t do much for the debris on the floor. We did have a broken bed frame in the main bedroom with the lavish shower but were able to fix for our stay. I do wish there were more towels bc we found ourselves doing laundry for it

Logan was the best hosts. I told him the pool was a bit dirty from the leaves and he got someone to come over to clean it right away. The check in and check out was super easy and everything was very clear. Lastly the place was so beautiful and I would definitely book this place again if I were to come back to Scottsdale.

Logan’s place was really great for my bachelorette trip!! He was very responsive and the place was amazing. The only thing that was wrong was that the umbrella and ice machine were broken. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

I thought the place would be bigger because of the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for all of us. Some things need repairs, but other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Logan's home was very comfortable and a good retreat site for our team. Because we weren't seeking to do a lot outside of the house, it was a good locale, but it isn't walkable to restaurants, etc. It's in a nice, older neighborhood where our team felt fine walking/running. The pool and hot tub were great. There were some issues in the house that need to be addressed, and Logan was responsive when notified. That said, the stove top was really unusable except for one burner and that's really not great when cooking for five (knobs were not attached and made no connection to turn on the burners).

Amazing stay for a bachelorette party! House has that WOW factor, and slept 15 comfortably. A beautiful space & back-yard/pool. Similar to others here, we did have someone stop by around 11pm Saturday evening about noise & we moved indoors (it’s definitely very residential). Otherwise, very comfortable, clean, and modern

Great large round table for games, large island for cooking but lacking in some staple kitchenware. Enjoyed the backyard with lots of seating. We asked and were allowed to have others over for a Thanksgiving meal. Owner was quick to respond to messages, unfortunately not all issues were resolved possibly due to owner residing out of state and relying on others. This place was great for our group retreat. Nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to the major areas for activities!

Overall the house looked like the photos and was beautifully decorated! The only issue we had was with the shared bathroom, the shower head was extremely low where you couldn’t shower if you were taller than 5’5”. We also found left over clothes in the house. The host though was very responsive and we did love the recommendations, although the book that the recommendation were in was moldy looking.

Logan’s place was great! We stayed with two other couples friends. It was a great spot that easily entertained all of us every day. It’s nearby by anything you may need. The neighborhood felt very safe and the backyard feels private. We had so much fun during our 5 day stay and would recommend!
