One of the best air b n b homes I have ever stayed in! The amenities were awesome, especially the hot tub and the game room! We even got the snow plowed after an 18 inch snow storm!!!

We came to Newport for my brother’s graduation from Navy OCS, for which it was very conveniently located (only a few minutes from base). We had young kids and the house was great for them. Beds were comfortable and it had all of the amenities we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Logan was a great host and had the hot tub full and clean which was a big hit with the kids and adults. He even came by the morning of our checkout to shovel the driveway and spread ice melt after an overnight snow.

Booked this home for my 30th birthday with my closest friends. Everyone was obsessed with the decor and fun vibe of the house. There were so many cool amenities and games we could’ve stayed there for days. It was super easy to check in and out. Would definitely recommend!

The property is located close to nearby attractions such as mini golf, Newport, and the delicious New England Honemade Donuts shop!

Loved our stay at The Coral Rose Cottage. Was perfect for what we needed (work retreat), had many different areas inside the house for great working sessions. The decor inside is gorgeous! Logan was always very responsive if we had any questions regarding the property. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Just note-nothing is walkable, but short drive to restaurants, beaches & shops.

We had such an amazing family vacation here! Beautiful home and perfect for a large group. We took full advantage of the beautiful backyard with the fire pit & hot tub! Logan & Bri were very helpful and responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful property for hosting a getaway in the Newport area! Minutes from beautiful beaches and an easy uber into Newport. The house is beautifully decorated and Logan is very responsive to any feedback.

Logan’s place was exceptional! The check-in process was easy and walking into the house was breathtaking! Absolutely stunning place that looks even better than the photos! Very spacious and accommodating for all of our guests. Would absolutely book this again and recommend to anyone looking for a place near Newport!

Logan was great! We stayed at the Coral Rose Cottage in Newport, RI and it was just as the pictures showed it. My friends and I had a great weekend there. Logan was helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend.

This house was great for a girls trip visiting Newport. Close enough to drive/ uber into downtown Newport and close to grocery stores and shops. Decor and design of the house is adorable. The outdoor space is also a plus!

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood of Middletown. The house was decorated impeccably. It has a very beachy and comfortable feel. The backyard has a huge deck, with a hot tub and large gas fire pit with Adirondack chars.
Communication with Logan was easy and he was very accommodating with our family .

My group and I had a great stay at Coral Rose! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was perfect after a busy day—such a great way to unwind. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay
We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for a cozy November getaway. Even though it wasn’t beach season, we really enjoyed exploring the area and trying out the local restaurants, which had great food. The location in Middletown was convenient and peaceful, and we all had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented the Coral Rose house to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday
We rented the Coral Rose house to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The decor was perfect for our theme and our guests were comfortable. Logan and Bri and are great hosts. They were communicative and accommodating.
However, there are a few things that took away from our overall experience. The basement has a noticeable odor and isn’t sufficiently heated, as a result we didn’t much time down there. We planned to have activities and such in the basement, so it was disappointing that we didn’t get to use the space.
The hot tub was enjoyable , the only note is that it is semi private. The neighbors behind the house have a full view of the backyard, we couldn’t help feeling a lack of privacy.
Overall we had a great time at the Coral Rose house. With a few improvements, it would be a better value.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had the best time! The hosts were helpful and the house was beautiful. It was close to Newport and other nearby attractions. The house was comfortable for a large group and was well thought out. I’d definitely recommend for any group trips!
