We were not able to stay at Logan’s place. The heating system for both the jacuzzi and pool were not working. We were not aware until after we booked the property. Logan was gracious and requested a full refund which we did receive. So grateful for property owners who have that level of integrity. We will be booking the property again in the very near future. Logan is a 10!

The pullout bed was broken as we were told by the cleaning lady. Some of our guest with kids had to sleep on the couches instead which was inconvenient and I felt terrible as I did not know before hand. But the owner was very responsive when I messaged him he took care of most needs that he could.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute and comfortable. We loved the outdoor area. We were visiting from MN so hanging outside in March was wonderful. My kids loved having an outdoor TV. It was also nice that everyone had their own bedroom and the beds were comfy. We also really enjoyed the area and found several great restaurants very close by.

Overall, this was a clean and well stocked place where we felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. However, Logan would send automated replies saying he would "be right with you" and then not reply for hours. You have to ask every time you want the hot tub jets on, and then sometimes the hot tub would just be very cold. Apparently, the pool also has fountain features, but Logan does not control this from his app, and we were tasked to attempt to find the control pad. Like I said, we still enjoyed our stay but some things did become frustrating.

We had such an amazing stay at this house! The backyard and pool were perfect, we spent so much time outside just relaxing and enjoying it. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole place was spotless and well set up. Everything was exactly as described actually even better. We come to Phoenix multiple times a year from California, and this is definitely one of our favorite spots, we’d love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. We are local but had family in town for Valentine’s Day and wanted a space big enough to accommodate everyone. The backyard was amazing and the host was super responsive. There were small things that needed to be addressed but Logan was fast to respond and addressed any concerns right away.

We had a group stay here for my 30th birthday and we had a great time! The place was beautiful — clean, nice amenities. We had one issue with an appliance, but the host did a great job of communicating and getting it fixed in a timely manner for us. Greatly appreciated! I had such a great stay at this Airbnb in Phoenix! The Arizona heat was no joke, but the pool was absolutely perfect—it made it so easy to cool off and relax throughout the trip. The decor was super cute, and the neon sign added a fun, lively vibe to the whole house. I also really appreciated having a washer and dryer on-site—it made everything more convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made the stay even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Phoenix—especially in the summer. It was the perfect home base!

House is located near lots to do in the city. The backyard was a beautiful oasis that our entire family enjoyed. It got my teenagers off their phones and us all interacting outside!! My husband loved the putting course, we used the fire pit every night and I couldn’t get the kids out of the pool. Logan is super responsive to all messages. Nice place!!

We enjoyed staying at Logan’s place! We felt like it was clean and comfortable the whole week. We were a bit caught off guard with the paid heating system for the pool and hot tub, which were controlled by the owner, not by the guests who stay there. It was a bit of a pain to message the host each time we wanted to have the heat on or the jets on, but Logan was a good communicator and was responsive when we asked. We loved the location and used the gates for the driveway to give ourselves a more private feel. The backyard space was open, and the pool was a great plus. We were a bit disappointed that the outdoor TV did not work, as it was a big reason why we chose this house. The kitchen and dining room were clean and very open. We cooked each night and had the right amount of utensils and pots/pans to do so. The beds were comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. Overall, I think this house has a few minor improvements that could be made, but I would stay here again in the future!

I stayed here with 9 friends and 2 babies. The home was great for us. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The outdoor area is lovely. We had cool weather and the fire pit and hot tub were great. The whole pool area is just as lovely as the pictures show. There were a few things that could use a little maintenance but didn’t impact our stay. One thing to note is that all hot tub functions are controlled by the host. We had to request that he turn on or off the jets and increase the heat. Logan was very responsive but it was a slight inconvenience. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely stay again!
